Are your products legal in Australia?
Yes. Our products are legal for laboratory and research use under Australian law. They are not scheduled substances when used for in-vitro, analytical, or educational research.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@elitelabsau.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll promptly investigate and offer a placement, refund, or store credit.
Are your peptides for human use?

How should peptides be stored?
Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment (2–8°C), away from direct sunlight and humidity. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, they should be refrigerated and used promptly for research applications.
